Mental hurdle in regards to capital

Hey Bigger Pockets Community, I need some advice. I am in a position where I have a deal in sight but don't have the capital. I have access to people with capital but I have come to the part thats tough for me, asking people for things...especially money. Even reaching out to an investor, knowing its business, doesn't change the feeling. Has anyone had to deal with something like this and how did you overcome it. I know I have to, you can't succeed in this business without asking for something at some point. I have access to the necessary crews, have an idea how much it will cost to renovate and how long. I have a great deal in the pipeline...30k deal(includes a vacant lot, Single family 3/2 1600 sqft home and a duplex(1/1's). The duplex needs complete rehab. TOTAL rehab cost 90k-95k. Total needed is $130k, $150k just to be safe. Never had to ask anyone for this type of money. Any suggestions of how to get over this mental hurdle? Much appreciated.
