What does the term Yield mean to you?
Hello, I just watched a youtube video from inman news. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHJrhMb_lmo One of the panelists who works with institutional investors keeps mentioning the term "yield". He explained how he calculates yield and it sounds like cap rate, Net Cash flow / Price = yield. Does anyone out there use the term yield when referring to cap rate?
