I have not posted here in over a year but I had to come back and thank you all for what you have done. You all may not realize it but everyones discussions and opinions have encouraged me to get where I am today. A little over 2 years ago when I started reading this forum I knew nothing(still don't know all). I realized then, that I was headed in the wrong direction to accomplish my financial goals and needed a change. I won't go into detail but I busted my *** trying to find the ultimate job in preparing me for my career in R.E. I got on with a commercial appraisal firm in a big city. It feels like i have been living a dream the past year with all the knowledge I have obtained. My boss is the biggest R.E. investor in town and has given me every tool in his arsenal to locate, and bid and close the deal on the best properties in the area. I know the exact value that a property is worth and it's very empowering knowing you have that gift. I am sure you all are thinking "this guy must have 15 properties by now", you would be wrong. I am about to close on my first rental property next week. It got me thinking about everyone here and how you have inspired me to get off my *** and learn everything I could about this lucrative business. Most of you have never heard my name but I have spent many hours learning from you. So again, thank you. You have changed my life.
