New Investor in South Bend Indiana!
Hey y'all! Im fresh out of the gate with this whole real estate investing deal so lets play. How can I acquire some properties through a tax sale? I know they only happen once a year in October and have done some reading up on the topic but would like to use OPM to wrangle me in some properties. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
