Corporate Rental Experiences to Share?
Anybody have any experience to share on corporate rentals? Are they a big hassle or even perhaps easier to manage than rentals that are "non-corporate" (i.e. pretty much every other type of rental strategy I see here on BP)?
I will be "trading up" on my personal residence in roughly 2 or 3 years, and there are numerous office parks being developed near my current residence as well as existing companies expanding their headquarters and presence in the area. I would consider keeping my home and renting it out, and would be interested to get some feedback on corporate rental experiences if anyone has any.
