Im an out state investment. I dont know Cleveland but I understood from the blog that the best place to purchase is in the west side area.
right now I'm kind of lost in the forest :/
Im looking for a good investment real estate egain how know the area and can find me 2 property with good income in a rental area. each property 35k.
