First accepted offer!
We have our first accepted offer on the table and for some reason I am starting to freak out! Dealing with a hard money lender and starting to be nervous about the ARV's and rental rate even though I verified all of this information and went conservative on all the #'s. Is this normal freak out mode for your first potential deal or will this be there every time.....
