Buy N Hold With ALL Cash

Hey Everyone!

What would you do if you had the choice to buy a property with all cash (in order to make it cash flow each month) or not invest in your market (due to not finding deals that will cash flow)? I am in the north shore area of Massachusetts and finding deals that will cash flow with all the competition is very hard. Is all cash a option to consider for buy n hold? Is it risky? Should you pull your money out after the deal is finished? What are everyone's thoughts?

A major benefit to Real Estate investing is the wealth that can be created by leverage.

You buy a property using someone else's money (Loan)

You pay off that loan using someone else's money (Rent)
