With all the talk of other markets little ole ORegon is red hot but it gets little investor attention maybe investors will want to get in before the word is out.. and don't have to compete in over heated or publicized markets... Just a thought.

You might have read this but I'll post it anyway. It's an interesting article I posted on another topic (accessory dwelling units aka grandma flats) that might be an interesting read for folks up in Portland.
