New to Bigger Pockets
Hi! I am new to biggerpockets.com. I am in the Kansas City area and ready to invest again. My husband and I purchased, rehabbed and flipped, held, etc. 20 houses before the market crashed in 2008. We only own our primary home right now.
We are tired of working W-2 jobs and ready to get back in real estate investment business. I know a lot has changed since 2008. Any tips for getting starting over again?
