What markets are you buying in NOW?
I'm primarily interested in landlords with income properties - not rehabbers or flippers.
What market did you purchase your last few rentals in?
How has the ROI been to date?

I have 2 4-families in Denver purchased years ago and have proven very stable. Also one 3 family in Springfield, MA which I paid too much for but got a great location.
I'm not interested in Buffalo despite the super low price/rent ratios.
What markets have treated you investors well?
