Pa sherif sales

Can anyone share their stories/knowledge about pa sherif sales. I mostly am trying to understand if there are worthwhile opportunities out there. I have bought around 30 houses on the court steps but none though the sheriff. In looking at Lehigh counties property listings I am confused by what they have as a starting price. Thoughts? Thanks
