motivated sellers!!
I'm trying to get some insight on the best and most successful way to talk with motivated sellers. I have tried calling all the fsbo's in my area and it is a time consuming way. So if anyone has any suggestions on the mosthe consistent way to find motivated sellers it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
