Closing a deal!!!! HELP!!!
I was contacted by a seller that is trying to sell her property at a pretty deep discount. She sent her request thru my website. Only thing is she has the property listed with a realtor, at a higher price. She's willing to take much less cash after speaking with her. Will I still be able to wholesale this deal to one of my fix and hold buyers? Or can you not wholesale deals listed with an agent?
