So I just wanted to share my big mistake of the month with everyone. Had very low call volume this past month and could not figure out what the problem was. I had several marketing streams active but my largest and typically most successful is the direct mail marketing I do with yellow letters. However, when I received the letter that I also send myself as part of the campaign I realized the problem. THE FREAKING PHONE NUMBER WAS WRONG!@#*&

Completely my fault and while I always proofread my marketing I just missed it this time. That is an expensive mistake that hopefully might save someone else the same despair I am currently feeling. WHOO! Starting to feel better already, thanks for reading my vent!

My office number was listed as the social security food stamps office #. That was 1994. Still get calls.

I'm currently adjusting to use of VoIP phone system. Have to call them on my cell to get customer service. Got cut off. Could not get thru again.

Copier guys left earlier. Car dealer says they're get my in for maintenance mid-July. Think it might be a good time to buy new fire extinguishers.

A friend reminds me that on days that everything you touch turns to sh&t, don't tough much.

Hi, everybody. My name's Jim and I, too, am a moron. I had a sweet deal blow up on me because I waited to run title until after the seller ran a quiet title action to put them in title to her deceased mother's house. If I had run title right away I could have redirected her attorney to run it as a probate instead as the seller had $8,000 in child support liens that attached to the property as soon as the ink dried on the quiet title. You live and learn.
