Just curious what is a reasonable amount to pay a real estate lawyer per hour to review legal docs?

Can range in the hundreds per hour.

Have your questions prepared ahead of time to get the most out of the minutes. If they believe it will lead to more business they might cut you a deal or give you  a freebie for time.

This is consult. If you are talking taking through a whole transaction, litigation, or clearing title issues etc. that can run into thousands to tens of thousands depending on what it is. If you want the attorney to render a legal opinion in writing expect to pay for it.
