Partnership and Distributions

I am considering a partnership with 3 other investors where we would combine our collective resources to implement a BRRR strategy in a specific demographic area. One would be strictly a financial investor, the other three would be involved in various aspects of identifying opportunities, making offers, renovations, rentals and management of the properties.

My question is how to set up ownership percentages weighted by level of responsibility, etc?  Any advice is appreciated.
