I'm a new investor with 1 SF in San Antonio Area and want to get connected with like minded investors, so my question to the Bigger Pocket Forum is, is it worth $200 membership fee to become a member of a local Apartment Association.  My big plan is to within the next investment is to invest in duplex, triplex, 4 plex, etc. which are hard to find in SA.  Advice is greatly appreciated!!
