Does anyone know what realty websites show storage untis for sale. I have looked on realtor.com zillow.com and even loopnet and i cant find anything.

www.selfstorages.com, www.ssba.com, www.listselfstorage.com, as well as visiting the self storage brokerage websites of Marcus & Millichap, Argus, Sperry Van Ness, and CBRE. Then, we farm all the small business brokerage websites (about 50 of them) to find the remaining Mom & Pop Facilities.
That's still the tip of the iceberg - the Money lies in a targeted marketing campaign directly to the owners - that's where the Money is!
