Reducing 6 bedroom house to 5 bedrooms
I have a 1800 sq ft 6br/2bath house. It has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. They are all small/medium-sized rooms. 2 of them on the second floor don't have closets. I'm thinking about combining those 2 rooms into a master bedroom with a walk in closet and separate bathroom. Would reducing my house from 6br/2bath to 5br/3bath reduce its value?
