Hi everyone,
My name is Adam Smith I live in eastern Idaho and will be graduating early next year with a bachelors in construction management. I love the construction and real estate industry, and If I wanted aa management position in commercial construction or residential I would have it, no problem. Companies are going crazy right now looking to staff their projects. What I am really looking for is a career that will expand my existing knowledge of real estate investing. I think the best way to achieve this would be to get a job that had me doing the day to day activities that successful investors do. Which is why I am reaching out here on bigger pockets. I don't want to be the type of person that just takes, I want to add value to whatever business entity or individual I work for.
