Hey guys!

What investment strategy are you using in San Antonio to generate cash flow? Single family, multifamily, student housing, assisted living, self storage, etc?

Hi Richard, you may want to look into owner financing.  You don't have to deal with tenants like a landlord.  You're the bank and collect the check.
