Assembly Bill 139-RTDD

I was wondering what experts (Mr. Harmon) thought about Assembly Bill 139 which will create a non-probate method for conveying interest in real property, and how it will effect their business?  My assumption is it will create confusion which will in-turn create more opportunities?
