Lease with an option.
I'm a broker/owner of my own real estate company. I will never make the amount I am wanting to listing and selling property. I have an investor guru that's is mentoring me which I'm thankful for. He tells me I should start investing through leases with options I haven't researched "options" yet. Can I have advice what's the point verses listing and selling
lease options but hasn't elaborated on exactly how to yet.
