Buying land in Florida,

Being a new RE investor i think i'm gonna start with buying land in Florida. Does anyone have any cautions, tips or advice regarding the florida real estate laws

@Chaim K. this is a great approach as there is a big supply of empty lots throughout South Florida. The biggest caution would be knowing the zoning of the land wether it be residential or commercial and wether your in a flood zone or not. Sometimes being in a particular area may affect how you build and with certain specifications. Who ever and where ever you purchase land from some disclosures should be given so you shouldn't be left in the dark.
