Just currently moved to Wichita and my wife and I are looking to buy or build a home in the metro area of Wichita. To all my Wichita natives what neighborhoods would you all recommend for a buy/build? We are looking at areas such as Andover, Maize and Derby (really like Andover but neighborhoods can be pricy). I know this isn't exactly investors specific stuff but you alls input would be great. Thanks!

Maize - best school system ; largest number of nearby restaurants/shopping of the 3 areas you mentioned.
