whats your opinion on a housing bubble.
I was wondering what everyone thinks a houseing bubble is.No wrong answer. My idea is that areas that the average home is $250,000 will feel the effects of interest rates going higher I don't think it will drop nearly as fast as it went up. I hear interest rates are slowing down. I just sold my Primary home for $250,000 and 6 people wanted it but could not get a loan for it. well give me your thougths. thanks
