Skip tracing

Does anyone use a skip tracer to find absentee owners? If so, I would greatly appreciate the their info. Thanks

I do sometimes ... The best one I found is HERE

There's slogan is "We Find People Others Can't" 

They actually are hands on on every search, and not just linking to some 3rd party software.
