ALWAYS check the electrical!
Hey BP it's Monday and that means it is time to start off the week with a simple tip: Always have a professional check the electrical panels. Even if it has been relocated, check the junction boxes, you never know what kind of wiring might have been done by a previous owner or electrician. (Yes, that is electric tape).
