Texas intrastate crowdfunding

I have not seen any discussion on BP about the new rules regarding intrastate crowdfunding in Texas. A quick summary is that Texas residents who are non-accredited investors can now invest in private businesses, which includes real estate if the property structured under a company, like an LLC.

It's all really new stuff and my company is involved in it.  I hoping to spread the word and open up a discussion about online crowdfunding.  And of course, I'm here to learn from anyone who has experience in this area.
