Owner financing in Arizona

Hi, I have a rental that I have had for about four years. Since getting into real estate investing I've been told and read about owner financing. Well my tenants lease finally ended this month and I wanted to owner finance the house. Are there any investors from Arizona who have used this method? If so any advice you can give would be very much appreciated. Servicing companies, contracts, notes etc. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Derrick,

I have a duplex I bought with owner financing. The sales contract was standard and we indicated the terms on it. From there the title company completed the "financing" paperwork and they service the loan. I make the payment to them and they pay the old owner as well as handle my escrow.

Hope this helps,

Casey
