Realeflow investor software

Has anyone ever used Realeflow investor software? Someone recommended it to me.  They state that it helps develop an accurate cost of repairs and scope of work to be done, based on rates of contractors in your area and the cost of materials at your local Lowes or Home Depot.  It also has other things such as software to order direct mailing service.  I went to the website and it seems kinda pricey.  I was curious if anyone out there uses it and has had success with it... especially with calculating repair costs and a scope of work.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Art Ledford
