Manage single family rentals using master leases

Hi All - I am thinking about starting a property management business in Colorado west of Denver.  I am not a realtor and Colorado requires a realtor license to manage properties.  Can I still manage single family houses if I use master leases?

As an OWNER, you can always manage your own property.  You need a license to manage properties for other people :)
