Inspection concerns

Hi all

I am in the process of buying my first home and I'm doing it from 6000 miles away :)

The house is located in Jacksonville and built in 1949 and sell after rehab

I received very lengthy inspection report and my concern is regarding damage caused by WDO

Wood decay fungi in the several doors and windows frames and in sub floor and subterranean termite damage in one corner in crawling space

How severe is it (is it a deal breaker?) and what kind of fix need to be done

The house passed a section 8 inspection

I'll appreciate your advice
