Trying to sell a rental in Tacoma, WA
Hey BP, I see the housing market is going crazy in Seattle area. What is inventory like in Tacoma? Are homes getting multiple offers or still a surplus on inventory side? I want to exit from a 15 year, negative cash flowing rental I have in the South End of Tacoma. I am trying to figure out if this summer or next summer is a better time to sell.
Also, does anyone have a good realtor/real estate agent they could recommend?
