I'm looking to acquire my first investment property this year and build an empire from there. Yes, I have big dreams. But as William Arthur Ward said "If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it." and that's why I'm looking for like minded individuals to work with that includes CPA, Attorney, Contractor and REI guru/mentor.

My goal is to transition to REI full-time within the next 5 years. I'm not new to real estate but new to investing. I believe all of us here want the same things financial independence that allows us to live the life we want. As Henry Ford once said "coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success."
