buying investment property while renting
Hello,
I am new to this website and love it! I am currently renting and am happy where I am at, but want to buy an investment property and rent it out. I would be able to purchase a property with an HSA, but as far as I understand, an HSA in only applicable if I would be living on that property. Any thoughts on the following?
1) Purchasing an investment property while continuing to rent an apartment
2) Funding for an investment property with lower down payment
