1st timer needing advice
I have a fixer upper that is listed for 23,900 obo. I have made an offer for 18,500 but need to get financing in place and also need to include about 15/20k to complete repairs. Last appraised value of home was 60k. I would like to borrow 45k on a 15 year mortgage to buy and repair home. Any help or guidance you can offer would be appreciated.
