Looking for opportunities to connect
Hey BPer's,
I am looking for some new opportunities in my area. For the past few years I have been the onsite construction manager for a ground up residential construction developer in C.C. Philadelphia. Recently I decided to quit my job and pursue real estate investing and start a construction company. I am looking to create relationships with people in the Philadelphia and Bucks county area to see if we can help each other out. I am looking for project management opportunities, construction rehabs, flips, mentors, partnerships, or maybe just a cup of coffee to get to know each other and discuss ideas. I am just looking to get my feet wet in the real estate business, I am not looking for a free ride. If there is a way I could assist you with my construction background please let me know.
