Finding foreign investors?

I keep seeing cash deals coming from foreign, generally Asian, investors. Any tips on how to find foreign investors to work with? How can i market myself to investors in China who want to find a property in Denver to invest in?

@Scott Trench thanks for the input.  Trust is what I have found to be the biggest thing as well.  Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any social meetup platform I was missing out on.

As far as caps, I don't think cash buyers purchasing residential has much of an impact on  commercial caps.  For commercial, most foreign, cash, investors tend to stick to the major markets on the costs: NYC, Miami, LA, San Fran...  I don't believe a large percent of investors in Denver are foreign cash investors.  (Side note - it would be interesting to see a geographical map of where the investors in Denver commercial projects are coming from.)  And from what I see and hear, foreign investors pay cash for US real estate regardless of projected returns, they see US property as a safe investment and are not hyper-sensitive to getting a large return, just protecting their capital.  So unless there is a large population of cash investors in Denver commercial projects that I am unaware of and they all decide to simultaneously buy/sell at unfavorable rates, I don't think they are hurting the commercial cap rates.
