Hey BP fam , I have just finished my last BP podcast this morning. Let's just say that I have ALOT more knowledge and direction about REI than I did 6 months ago. Quick question , I have been running properties through the Rental calculators , but as far as expenses like water gas etc etc . Where can I get that info from ? Are you guy just calling local utilities and getting this info ? I am working with any realtors to get any of this info from , I want to be able to know how to analyze deals completely before I make that step . Any advise ?
