Moving to Jacksonville
Hello All!
My family and I are looking to move to the Jacksonville area. We are hoping for the end of the summer potentially earlier but we are uncertain at this moment. We are open to the types of properties to live in. I want to invest in the area as well. We are looking for something maybe to rent for a couple of months until we can purchase a place. Does anyone have a single family property that would allow pets? Or potentially a duplex or 4 plex that we would consider purchasing to start investing that way, possibly use the house hacking route.
