Investor From Gainesville Ga
I am an investor in Gainesville GA looking to make some good contacts in the area also for general advice and/or tips on capturing the best deals for buy and hold or fix and flip properties. I am pretty open to researching any new strategy related to real estate investing. I started investing in single family rental properties buying my first in July 2015 and if everything goes as planned will close on my third single family rental property at the end of June all in the North Hall area of Gainesville. I have had good success with them thus far and hoping that continues. I appreciate any feedback I receive.
