Hey BP members,

I wanted to start a thread to link up with local Bartlesville Real Estate Investors. I've been researching the market, but wanted to bounce ideas and knowledge off of other local folks. Is there a local REA group that meets routinely? If not, I would like to start one. Again this is mainly for the BVL market which is about an hour north of Tulsa on HWY 75. I'm wanting to invest in small multi-family properties on the older, west side of town, closer to "downtown." I've been learning and researching REI for over a year now, and am just jumping in. I'm closing on a duplex here in June and hoping to utilize the "BRRRR" method on it.
