I just teamed with a seasoned investor in Westchester to build 2 new spec homes. Construction budget for each- $1.2, projected sale $3.8. Planning on an 8 month build.
Investor is funding land purchase, construction costs, carry. I will coordinate and manage the construction. Split on the net profit.
We break ground on the 1st next week and just waiting for permit on the 2nd.
Back in the saddle, doing what I do best- managing construction. 20 years of running high profile projects and making others rich for big builders. Now it's my turn to be a partner.
