Finding the right Real Estate Agent for flipping?

Question

Is there a podcast, webinar, blog or anything on this site that I could educate myself with about how to select the right agent to work with?

I know there is something like that because I cant be the first person to ask this question.

Or if you have any advice that you would like to give when looking for the right realtor that would be  amazing!   Thanks!

@Neal D.  I think this is one of those things where you just ask other flippers who they use.  Go to networking events for investors, and you should meet some.  Ask Bigger Pockets for recommendations.  Make sure the agent takes professional photos for their listings.

One thing here in deciding who to work with is how much hand holding you need. You may only need your agent for the actual transaction process....or you might be someone who needs advice throughout the flip on what finishes to use, having questions on how to unlock maximum value etc.  If you are more towards the latter, make sure you discuss that with a potential agent. Ive had more than a few flippers Ive worked with who thought they only needed someone to help them buy and sell....then when I see the property when they are done, theyve made so many poor choices that they think the property is worth $100k more than it is. Dont make that mistake.
