I'm an experienced cash buy and hold Investor. I'm flying up to Chicago from August 10th-15th and will be in search of multifamily projects.
I'm looking for recommendations for agents, contractors and Handymen. I would also be willing to partner up with someone with experience with buy in holds in the suburbs of Chicago or Milwake.
