whats a good/cheap online title search site?
i've had a couple accounts in the past with local title companies who gave me online access to their title search service. it allowed me to pull up full title profiles on practically any property. however, since i wasn't able to close any deals, they both got canceled after about 90 days. so now i'm wondering what are some websites you guys can recommend, that charges a minimal monthly fee and offer unlimited title searches? TIA
