Differences between SFH and MFH
Aloha BP!
Reading a few posts here about SFH & MFH got me wondering what are the differences between the two investments, positive and negative? I feel safer diving into SFH being that I'm a newbie investor but my plans are to purchase a MFH property for the sake of having less headache. I'm not really sure exactly what the differences are though and would love to hear everyone's point of view about it especially those who felt the same way about one or the other but now have changed their opinion on it.
