Acquisition strategy template?
H there. I am a new investor, and my most important stakeholder (my husband) would like me to put together an acquisition strategy to show how I see the cash flow playing out over the next few years. We have one rental, which we will hold. But we are interested in flipping right now - and doing enough flips to eventually buy another rental and also for income generation.
